- Booking: Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
- Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel premises.

- Limitation of Liability
- Kush Hotel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of our services.

مرحبًا بك في فندق كوش. من خلال الوصول إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الامتثال للشروط والأحكام التالية والالتزام بها. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.
- الحجوزات والإلغاء
الحجز: يمكن إجراء الحجوزات من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني أو عبر الهاتف أو شخصيًا.
سياسة الإلغاء: يجب إجراء الإلغاءات قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من تاريخ وصولك المقرر لتجنب رسوم الإلغاء.
- تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة
وقت تسجيل الوصول: 2:00 مساءً
وقت تسجيل المغادرة: 12:00 مساءً
- الدفع
طرق الدفع المقبولة: نقبل بطاقات الائتمان الرئيسية وبطاقات الخصم والنقد.
الوديعة: قد يُطلب وديعة في وقت الحجز لتأمين حجزك.
- مسؤوليات الضيوف
السلوك: يُتوقع من الضيوف التصرف بطريقة محترمة وقانونية. سيتم تحميل الضيف مسؤولية أي ضرر يحدث للممتلكات.
لا تدخين: التدخين ممنوع داخل مباني الفندق.
- الخصوصية
خصوصيتك مهمة بالنسبة لنا. يرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا للحصول على تفاصيل حول كيفية جمع معلوماتك واستخدامها.
- الحد من المسؤولية
لا يتحمل فندق كوش المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناجمة عن إقامتك أو استخدامك لخدماتنا.
- تغييرات الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على موقعنا على الإنترنت.
- القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين مصر. تخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم المصرية.
